Automatic collection of information
Asian Arts Agency collects information provided voluntarily by users of the website who sign up for our newsletter, contact us from the website via email, opt-in via an audience feedback form, whilst booking tickets for one of our events, or in person. This data is used to send newsletters and other marketing messages only. Asian Arts Agency treats personal data as confidential and does not pass information on to third parties.

Access to personal information we hold about you

Although we may require you to provide proof of your identity in advance, we will respond to your request within 30 days and we will provide the information without any charge.
We will also allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified, amended, or completed.

Individuals can unsubscribe at any time from our marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link included on every e-newsletter.
