Jaswinder Singh - Director

Jaswinder is responsible for the overall strategic and artistic development of Asian Arts Agency. As a highly passionate, driven and a motivated creative arts professional Jaswinder has vast experience from producing, creative arts programming, strategic development, research and development, marketing and evaluation, to audience development, networking and partnership development, fundraising, project management, training and mentoring, and artistic development.
 
Jaswinder holds a Masters degree in Film Studies and Video Production and has a background in performing and visual arts, film, radio and festival development. He brings dynamic skills, a wealth of experience, understanding of arts practice, a broad range of regional, national and international connections and challenging thinking to feed into the creative sector.
 
He has been highly instrumental in making culturally diverse arts inclusive and accessible in the mainstream sector and regularly worked closely with the Arts Council England and other national development agencies to develop new initiatives to support artist professional development and arts practice. He also regularly visits and speaks at conferences, seminars, festivals and over the number of years has encouraged and supported many regional and national venues, galleries and festivals to curate contemporary and cutting edge diverse art work.

Lucie Pemberton - Marketing & Press Officer

Lucie is responsible for all aspects of marketing Asian Arts Agency and it’s activity within the region. Lucie joined the agency in December 2007 in the new role of Press & Marketing Officer and has an extensive background in arts marketing and pr, specifically world music, festivals and events. Lucie is the first point of contact for all press and media, marketing agencies and related enquiries.

Guy Bartell - Administrator

Guy is responsible for administration of the Asian Arts Agency office and outside events. Guy joined Asian Arts Agency in December 2007 with a background in immigration and publishing.
